What is the monthly rate to join Smart Trader?
Each tier of Smart Trader has a different monthly rate with access to a variety of features. View the plans comparison chart to pick the right plan for you. There are also discounted rates available.
How to create an account?
Create an account by entering your name and email address on the registration page. You will receive an email with your user id and password from welcome@smarttrader.com that can be used to log in.
How do I get support?
There are 3 great ways to find answers and support from other Traders and Smart Trader staff.

What Broker(s) can I connect with?
We're continually adding new broker account types. You can connect MetaTrader4 and Web-Based Trading accounts including Forex.com, FXCM, AvaTrade, and many more. Learn More
Can a person have multiple accounts?
Only 1 account can be assigned to a specific email address. Your workspaces, analysis, notifications, and access levels are controlled by this email address.
How do I connect my Broker account?
Once logged in, visit the Charts by selecting Charts in the top menu. You will notice a $ icon in the top right corner where you can select to sign in to your Broker account. If a broker does not connect, reach out to your broker and confirm your login credentials. For more detail, follow the help tutorials within Charts or follow the help within this blog post.
You can always submit a request for specific brokers or vote on broker requests in the Feedback Portal.
What happens if I change plans?
If you decide to change your SmartTrader plan, the service will be a bill in advance on a monthly, annual, or 2-year basis. There will be a prorated credit applied to your account if a plan downgrade occurred within the subscription period and a debit applied to your account if a plan upgrade occurred within the subscription period.
